 All over the world from Eygpt to China and South America the archeologists painfully digging the ground in search of the origin and sources of originals. In all the universities around the world and in all the research institutions around the world the scientists take pride in announcing the discoverers of the facts and  unknown phenomena. Why the Canadian universities of  Manitoba, Toronto, Guelph and  AAFC's Research Centers have resorted to all unetical approaches of drafting and devising false documentations in hiding the historical facts and truth about Sharafabadi's discoveries and inventions ?

Sharafabadi discoverd, whereas, the University of Manitoba, Toronto, Guelph and AAFC, and Agriculture Canada covered.

In March 20, 2003 when trading of  the "counterfeit" of "origin" at the Canadian Parliament was in progress Professor John R. Whitaker of the University of California, Davis responded to my call in my website and wrote his verdict in dealing with plagiarism.

The "counterfeit"  of origin the unlawfull commodity was purchased unlawfully in 2003 from  Mr. Owen  Lippert who in 2008 resigend for committing the unlawfull act. What is the concept of equality before Law in Canada? Who has committed more unlawfull acts?

Man is endowed with faculty of reasoning whereas animal is bereft. Man sees the objects, examines the objects, deals with it through his faculty of reasoning and writes about his findings and keeps the records of his findings, whereas through Man's training the ultimate achievment of  monkey the king of the Lower Kingdom  is simply copying the simplest act of Man.  Man is the author, originator, and creator whereas monkey , the King of the Lower Kingdom copycats the works of Man. 

Those who resort to copying the work of others and following the footsteps of others blindly are bereft of faculty of authorship and origination.

What else would you expect from the law makers in the Parliament of Canada, by the graduate of  Canadian universities? The failure of Canadian universities and eductaion to cultivate the concept of right and wrong, true and false in the minds of students of this land has been clearly demonstrated at the highest level at the Parliamnet of Canada. 

One has to ask what is the concept of leadership in Canadian culture?

Has the time for change arrived? Any change must be fundamental. A change of mind can be achieved through education.  The Canadian educators must accept the concept of right and wrong, true and false.

Every thing starts with words and it is the word that matters, the truths of the words, and the sources of words are what that matters.  Some words lead to darkness and closed ends, and some words are like beams of lights guiding the mankind to prosperity. The words of Agriculture Canada's Emeritus Scientists Woods and Downey 1980 about mustard gum was  "It is obviously not good economics to utilize yellow mustard exclusively as a source of mucilage".  These words from agriculture Canada's scientists was dead end of research in mustrd gum in Canada. Whereas a few words of Sharafabadi in 1990, i.e., "similarity of mustard gum and xanthan gum"  changed the Man's concepts about natures of polysacharides and gums. Shouldn't the scientists, students and mankind know about this historical scientific facts and truth? These words of "similarity of mustard gum and xanthan gum" is Sharafabadi's thesis, and his discoveries and inventions. 

The Sharafabadi's words were copied  more than 10 times and in the conclusion of Cui WuWei's  Ph.D  Dissertation on Page 142 without citation. According to the convention in the "Scientific Community", the "Community of Reason" , Sharafabadi (1990) should have been stated at the end of line 9,  page 142, the conclusion of the Dissertation. I am requesting the honorable scientists and students world wide to examine the originality of the Cui's Ph. D. Dissertation from the University of Manitoba, Canada.

I am asking Cui WuWei to examine his Ph D. Dissertation for originality. Has any one of his professors, teachers, thesis advisors at the University of Manitoba involved in teaching Cui WuWei the concept of originality, true and false, right or wrong?

The Sharafabadi's words in 1990 : "similarity of mustard gum and xanthan gum" according to the statements in website of Oregon State University was "Development of New Knowledge".

The NSERC, the science bank of Canada has the whole records of Sharafabadi's words and inventions since October 1989. The NSERC , Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada invested in Sharafabadi's words which was cashed by the University of Manitoba. Why NSERC has refused to investigate Sharafabadi's complaint according to the established policies developed after the events leading to the NSERC Conference Report of 1994? After all, since 1994 NSERC has had the Integrity Policy

 The NSERC Conference Report of 1994 begins with the words of "The Honourable Madam Justice Rosalie Abella, Court of Appeal of Ontario ": "...integrity must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.".

Would "the Honourable Madam Justice Rosalie Abella" look into Sharafabadi's complaints to NSERC by honoring her words in "deed", that indeed "it must be seen to be done"?
